01会议背景/Background

纺织生物工程及信息国际会议（Textile Bioengineering and Informatics Symposium）是由纺织生物工程及信息学会（Textile Bioengineering and Informatics Society, TBIS）发起的年度国际学术会议，聚焦纺织、生物医学、信息技术、智能制造与可持续时尚等交叉领域。会议自2008年创办，截至2025年已成功举办18届。纺织生物工程及信息国际会议旨在构建跨学科平台，推动纺织与生命科学、信息科学、工程学的融合，服务健康、运动、智能穿戴与可持续时尚等应用需求，已成为国际纺织交叉领域具有较大影响力的学术交流平台之⼀。2026年8月25日-8月28日，TBIS拟于法国里尔举办TBIS 2026国际会议，法国里尔为本次会议的主会场。

为进⼀步推动纺织新质生产力发展，扩大纺织生物工程、智能制造及时尚等前沿领域的学术交流与合作，同时为国内专家学者搭建更为便利的国际交流合作平台，浙江理工大学拟联合TBIS于2026年8月26日-8月28日在杭州同期举行TBIS 2026生物基纤维材料与绿色纺织国际会议，作为TBIS 2026国际会议平行分会场。

The Textile Bioengineering and Informatics Symposium is an annual international academic conference initiated by the Textile Bioengineering and Informatics Society (Textile Bioengineering and Informatics Society, TBIS), focusing on interdisciplinary fields such as textiles, biomedicine, information technology, intelligent manufacturing,and sustainable fashion. Founded in 2008, the symposium has been successfully held for 18 sessions as of 2025. TBIS aims to build an interdisciplinary platform that promotes the integration of textiles with life sciences, information science, and engineering, serving application needs in health, sports, smart wearables, and sustainable fashion. It has become one of the most influential academic exchange platforms in the international textile interdisciplinary field. 

From August 25 to August 28, 2026, TBIS plans to hold the TBIS 2026 International Conference in Lille, France, which serves as the main venue.To further promote the development of new quality productive forces in textiles, expand academic exchanges and cooperation in cutting-edge fields such as textile bioengineering, intelligent manufacturing, and digital fashion, and provide domestic experts and scholars with a more convenient platform for international exchange and cooperation, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, in collaboration with TBIS, will hold the TBIS 2026 International Conference on Biobased Fiber Materials and Green Textiles concurrently in Hangzhou from August 26 to August 28, 2026, as a parallel sub-venue of the TBIS 2026 International Conference.

路线一：杭州东站→会议酒店（约22公里）

①出租车：耗时约40分钟，费⽤约75元。

②地铁：全程耗时约65分钟。其中，8站地铁（1号线：火车东站地铁站→文泽路地铁站C口）耗时24 分钟；出站后打车至酒店约5公里，打车15分钟、车费15元；若骑行约22分钟。

Route 1: Hangzhou East Railway Station→Conference Hotel (about 22 km).

(1) Taxi: It takes about 40 minutes and costs about 75 yuan.

(2) Subway: The whole journey takes about 65 minutes. Among them, eight subway stations (Line 1: East Railway Station Metro Station → Wenze Road Metro Station Exit C) took 24 minutes; it is about 5 km by taxi from the subway station to the hotel, which takes 15 minutes and costs 15 yuan; or 22 minutes by bicycle.

路线二：浙江理工大学（下沙校区）→会议酒店（约6.5公里）

①出租车：耗时约18分钟，费用约22元。

②地铁：全程耗时约40分钟。其中，2站地铁（1号线：文泽路地铁站→文海南路地铁站D口）耗时7分钟；出站后距酒店约3.2公里，步行42分钟，骑行13分钟。

Route 2: Zhejiang Sci-Tech University (Xiasha Campus)→Conference Hotel (about 6.5 km).

(1) Taxi: It takes about 18 minutes and costs about 22 yuan.

(2) Subway: The whole journey takes about 40 minutes. Among them, two subway stations (Line 1: Wenze Road Metro Station→Wenhainan Road Metro Station Exit D) took 7 minutes; the subway station is about 3.2 km away from the hotel, 42 minutes on foot, or 13 minutes by bicycle.

路线三：萧山国际机场→会议酒店（约28公里）

①出租车：耗时约45分钟，费用约95元。

②地铁：全程耗时约80分钟。其中12站地铁（1号线：萧山国际机场站→文海南路地铁站D口）耗时38分钟；出站后打车至酒店约3.2公里，打车12分钟、车费14元；骑行13分钟。

Route 3: Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport→Conference Hotel (about 28 km).

(1) Taxi: It takes about 45 minutes and costs about 95 yuan.

(2) Subway: The whole journey takes about 80 minutes. Among them, twelve subway stations (Line 1: Xiaoshan International Airport Metro Station→South Wenhai Road Metro Station Exit D) took 38 minutes; it is about 3.2 km by taxi from the subway station to the hotel, which takes 12 minutes and costs 14 yuan; or 13 minutes by bicycle.

路线四：杭州南站→会议酒店（约35公里）

①出租车：耗时约55分钟，费用约120元。

②地铁：全程耗时约95分钟。其中5号线换乘1号线（火车南站→文泽路C口）共22站，地铁运行52分钟；出站后打车至酒店5公里，15分钟、车费15 元；骑行22分钟。

路线五：杭州西站→会议酒店（约42公里）

Route 5: Hangzhou West Railway Station→Conference Hotel (about 42 km).

(1) Taxi: It takes about 65 minutes and costs about 145 yuan.

(2) Subway: The whole journey takes about 110 minutes. It passes 26 stations via Line 19 transferring to Line 1 (West Railway Station→Wenze Road Exit C), and the subway ride takes 62 minutes; it is about 5 km by taxi from the subway station to the hotel, which takes 15 minutes and costs 15 yuan; or 22 minutes by bicycle.

路线六：杭州火车站（城站）→会议酒店（约25公里）

一.注册费用

本次会议参会注册费 Registration fee

7月26日前：正式代表2100元/人；

7月26日后：正式代表2400元/人。

注：

1. 对于注册法国线上视频参会并已完成投稿的作者，如从法国线上参会转为杭州线下现场参会，仅需额外补缴杭州分会场注册费的50%。

2. 杭州分会场注册费仅为参会费用，不包含文章投稿。如需投稿请联系TBIS秘书处（Email：tbis@tbisociety.org）。

参会+文章投稿费用：

全文：会议注册费+250 美金/篇；

摘要：会议注册费+50 美金/篇。

投稿费以美元计价。如以人民币支付，请按付款当日汇率折算。

提交文章截止时间：7月15日。

录用全文将收录于会议论文集，并提交至Scopus/EI/CNKI等数据库进行检索；

录用摘要将以电子海报形式进行展示，可参与线上口头报告。

Notes*:

1. For authors who have registered for the French online video conference and submitted their manuscripts, if they wish to switch from French online

participation to on-site participation at the Hangzhou sub-venue, they only need to pay an additional 50% of the Hangzhou sub-venue registration fee.

2. The Hangzhou sub-venue registration fee covers conference participation only and does not include paper submission. For paper submission, please contact theTBIS Secretariat (Email: tbis@tbisociety.org).

Full paper: Conference registration fee + USD 250/paper

Abstract: Conference registration fee + USD 50/abstract

Submission fees are quoted in USD. If paid in RMB, please convert at the exchange rate on the date of payment.

Paper submission deadline: July 15.

Accepted full papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted to databases such as Scopus, EI, and CNKI for indexing. Accepted abstracts will be presented as electronic posters and may be eligible for online oral presentations.

二. 注册缴费与酒店预订
