Jupeng Bio
Formerly known as INEOS Bio, a subsidiary of Fortune-500 INEOS Group, Jupeng Bio is a technology development and licensing company dedicated to synthetic biological carbon neutralization technologies and products. The Company owns three core technologies of the green manufacturing value-chain, specifically biomass gasification, CO/CO2/H2 gas fermentation and single-cell protein recovery. These technologies were developed over decades-long R&D in Arkansas, USA, and investment of USD 600 MM. After the purchase of INEOS Bio in 2017, Jupeng Bio (“JPB”) now owns the global Intellectual Property portfolio (428 patents) which is registered under the JPB HK Company. JPB has a USA subsidiary, a PRC WOFE company and a demonstration plant in Shanxi province. JPB offers technology licenses and technical services, offered in markets globally based on independently owned IP rights.
The Jupeng Bio Beijing Company is now recognized as a National Hi-tech Company, Beijing Specialized, High-end and Innovation-driven Little Giants and the Shanxi Plant is also recognized as Shanxi Provincial High-tech company with Carbon Label, ISCC CORSIA/Plus certificates.
二、创新产品简介
新品 ：生物乙醇、绿色甲烷和菌体蛋白
巨鹏生物是目前全球唯一一家拥有生物质气化到气体发酵生产生物乙醇和绿色甲烷及菌体蛋白产品的全产业链三大核心技术的公司：
1. 生物质气化：含碳的生物质垃圾，转化为含一氧化碳和氢气的合成气，可以生产多种绿色燃料和化学品。
2. 气体发酵：第一、第二系列CO/CO2发酵制乙醇技术以及第三系列CO2耦合绿氢发酵制绿甲烷技术，是CO2直接减排、绿氢高效应用和绿色能源的有效生产途径。
3. 单细胞菌体蛋白：高营养和高附加值生物产品，可以作为水产饲料原料或开发高端下游产品如：多肽、小肽、蛋白胨和培养基等。
2013年，英力士生物在美国佛罗里达建成了全球首套生物质气化和气体生物发酵制燃料乙醇一体化示范工厂，年处理25万吨生物垃圾，年产2.4万吨生物乙醇，副产6 MW电力。
2018年，巨鹏生物与山西潞安化工集团合作，在山西长治市动工建设工业尾气发酵制燃料乙醇示范厂，2021年10月底建成投产。2023年7月通过中国石油和化学工业联合会的性能考核和专家鉴定，工艺先进性、成熟性和可靠性得到了充分验证，适合大规模商业化推广。2024年11月，第一套大规模商业化装置10万吨/年乙醇和2万吨/年菌体蛋白项目在内蒙古鄂尔多斯开始动工建设。
2024年，巨鹏生物已被评为国家高新技术企业、北京市“专精特新”中小企业；山西工厂也被评为山西省第一批高新企业。
