华南理工林章凛等：耐酸高产赖氨酸大肠杆菌构建

来自华南理工大学的林章凛、杨晓锋团队在《Microbial Biotechnology》平台发表研究“Toehold Switch-Based Approach for Engineering Acid-Tolerance Modules to Enhance Production Robustness of Industrial E. coli Strains at Low pH”利用“立足点开关”(toehold switch)构建了一组耐酸模块，令产赖氨酸的大肠杆菌能够在 pH 5.5 下保持与pH6.8下的出发菌株相当的赖氨酸滴度和转化率。
